Kayla's Wedding Shower

Have you heard about the weddingS of the Plumlee family this year? No, NOT just one wedding, no not even TWO, but THREE weddingS. Yes, THREE weddings within 19 weeks of each other. Kayla's wedding will be April 28, Karla's August 11, and Kristy's September 8. Going to be a memorable year at the Plumlee's.

On Sunday, March 25, we had a bridal shower for Jerod and Kayla. Here's a few photos from the event.

I've been looking for some corporate sponsorships, but so far, no luck.

We Charge HOW Much????

We recently had a couple of phone calls that makes me wonder about the rumors that fly around in a small community. First, a lady called and asked, “We would like you to do our daughter’s senior portraits, but we heard you charge $1,500 for senior photos, is that correct?” Then another lady called and asked, “How much do you charge to photograph a wedding anniversary? We were told it was $1,200”.
Well, yes, you CAN spend that much, and some people do, but you don’t have to.
We have no minimums on our portraits. You pay a session fee and buy what you want. Some people order from several poses, others from just a few. Some order big prints, others order small. Some order the more expensive finishes, others order the less expensive. YOU choose whatever fits your budget. Spend as little or as much as you want.
To photograph an anniversary, we charge $100.
There is one thing more important than price and that is, “What are you getting for your money?” It doesn’t matter how inexpensive something is, if you are not happy with it, then you paid too much.
A wise man once said, “There is nothing in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper, and he who considers price only is that man’s lawful prey.”---John Ruskin (1819-1900)
That is especially true in photography today.
It’s ok to check prices, just make sure you know what you are getting for you money.
You can check out our senior pricelist online. We also have our wedding prices online.

Tolstad-Berry Wedding

On March 17, we had the honor of photographing the wedding of Tanae Tolstad and Mike Berry. The wedding was held at the United Pentacostal Church in Rogers, AR.

We met the Tolstad family years ago when the bride's parents lived in Berryville. The bride's father, Rev. Phillip Tolstad was the pastor of the Berryville United Pentacostal Church for several years.

It was a beautiful wedding. They also had a nice reception, with some very tasty foods (the bbq brisket was especially good!). The chocolate fountain was also a big hit.

Here is a preview of their wedding photos. The complete set will be online next week.

Kryger-Morris Wedding

On March 3 we photographed the wedding of Annie Kryger and Tim Morris. The wedding ceremony was held at the Kanakuk Neighborhood Chapel in Branson. Reception followed at the Chateau on the Lake.

It was a very enjoyable wedding to photograph. Both families were great to work with. The bride and groom are both in the Air Force, stationed in England.

We have worked with the Kryger family on many occasions, having photographed all three of the Kryger kids senior portraits. Plus we traveled to St. Louis last September to photograph Annie's sister Erin's wedding.

Congratulations, Tim and Annie!
