Larry Receives Master of Photography Degree

Larry has earned the Master of Photography degree from Professional Photographers of America.

The association's degree program requires a photographer earn "merits", the majority of which must be from print competition. During the course of earning the degree, Larry had 13 prints accepted for exhibition at the association's annual convention. Other merits were earned through service to the profession, such as teaching and advanced education.

Master of Photography degree recipients receive a special ribbon and medallion (pictured above), which photographers wear at associational gatherings.

PPA, a worldwide association, exists to assist it's more than 16,000 members in achieving their professional, artistic and fraternal goals, promote public awareness of the profession and to advance the making of images in all of its disciplines as an art, a science and a visual recorder of history.
